Secure relationships help children feel safe and supported, and improves their self-esteem. But sometimes it’s hard to identify your child’s cues for connection- their subtle signal that they need a little more care.
Circle of Security, designed for parents of Children 0-12 Years, guides parents and carers through building more secure relationships. Based on decades of research, this program can help you nurture a positive relationship with your child- and to recognize and understand their cues for connection.
Throughout this course, you can:
– Build warm and nurturing relationships with your children
– Learn more about the Circle of Security and healthy attachment relationships
– Recognise the impact of early attachment relationships on physical and emotional development
– Explore family of origin or early emotional attachment/relationship experiences
– Transform your emotional communication with children in response to your own sense of security
