Unfortunately Soul Survivor has been cancelled because of Covid 19.
Get excited because Soul Conference is here!!! From the 14th-18th April we will be heading to Soul Conference! We will be pitching tents with heaps of other youth groups at Pacific Hills Christian School and having 5 days filled with awesome fun, worship, projects, teaching, games, workshops, seminars, food, great stories and so much more!
Come along and bring a friend!
Soul Survivor is a organisation we have been partnering with for 14 year who minister and invest in youth and young adults. Soul Conference is the annual gathering of youth groups from around New South Wales to come together and spend 5 days investing in community, fun and faith.
Some of the things that happen on Soul include projects in the local community where we go and serve the people around us, worship and talks where we explore faith, seminars where we get to discuss topics relevant for young people today and hang out where we build friendships and community together
For more info head to soulsurvivornsw.org.au/conference-2020
When you register make sure you purchase a “Youth Ticket (INCLUDING MEALS)” as we will be joining in with Soul’s catering
Early Bird: $280 (CLOSED)
Bird: $310 (Closes 31st March)
Late Bird: NOT ALLOWED
(This is because we are joining their catering and it closes when the Normal Bird ticket closes)
Also as always we never want finances to be the reason a youth isn’t able to come along. So if they are an issue please contact me on 0422526905 ASAP.
What ticket do I purchase for my young person?
The ticket named “Youth Ticket (INCLUDING MEALS)”
Where is my young person sleeping when they are there?
We as a youth group will be sleeping in tents in the same area. They will be gender separated and leaders will be in their own gender separated tents. In the area provided to our youth group we will endeavour to have the leaders tents between the boys and girls.
Do I need to provide anything for this?
The youth who are coming will need to organise who they would like to be in a tent with, form groups and inform me what those groups will be. One person or family from that group will need to provide the tent required for the group.
