Concerns Handling Policy

Northridge recognises that concerns may arise in the life of our church which need to be addressed. Northridge’s policy for dealing with concerns is set out in our Concerns Handling Policy. It sets out processes for dealing with any type of conflict, dispute, complaint, grievance or other type of concern arising in connection with:

  • activities of Northridge, whether or not related to the behaviour of an employee or volunteer, or
  • the behaviour of an employee or volunteer, whether or not the behaviour the subject of the Concern took place in the context of a Northridge activity.

IMPORTANT: Anyone who has a concern should read our Concerns Handling Policy before proceeding any further. It contains crucial information intended to assist in prompt, appropriate and healthy resolution of concerns.
