If you’re after service times, our locations, or info on parking, you’ve come to the right place! We have three communities that meet on Sundays, in both Thornleigh and Hornsby.
You are welcome to visit any of our communities, or all three! Each community has its own 'flavour':
Our Thornleigh Morning Community has a relaxed family feel, with creche and dedicated children’s & youth programs. We meet at 9:30am at our Thornleigh location.
Our Thornleigh Evening Community is a multigenerational gathering with an intimate feel, and a heart for community. We meet at 5:00pm at our Thornleigh location.
Our Hornsby Community is a growing multicultural gathering that includes a thriving kids program. We meet at 10:00am at our Hornsby location.
Our Thornleigh communities meet at 6 Chilvers Road, Thornleigh (click here for a Google map). If you’re early you can park in our car park (look for the ‘Northridge’ banners on either side of our driveway). If the car park is full, on Sundays there is usually plenty of on-street parking on Chilvers Road too.
Our Hornsby Community currently meets at Studio Artes, 33 Jersey Street, Hornsby (here’s a Google map). There’s plenty of parking on Jersey Street, especially on a Sunday morning!
Each of our communities has a 90 minute service. A service usually involves a time of worship, a message from the bible, and a chance to pray for one another. Everything is by invitation—we won't make you pray, or sing if you don't want to. If you want more information about our services, take a look at our community pages (links at the bottom of this page).
Our Morning and Hornsby communities have a kids programme each week. You can sign your kids in at the kids table when you first come in. They'll join us for a song at the start of the service, then head out to their own space.
Our Evening community currently has a small kids programme every second week—get in touch with the office to find out if the programme will be available this Sunday!
We love that you asked—church is pretty casual, so be comfortable! You don't have to wear your Sunday best, we want you to come and feel at home.
At Northridge, we believe that financial giving is family business—if you're new or visiting, you're welcome to be our guest. Of course you are welcome to give too, but our hope is that you won't feel pressured.
